Fliff unpacks sports gaming into social, free-to-play games for all types of sports fans. We've built a social sports gaming experience that allows users to compete for leaderboard positioning, to achieve badges and build their status within the game.

We are pioneering play-for-fun sports gaming, with our flagship social sportsbook experience that includes sweepstakes promotions and loyalty rewards. We provide sports fans with fun, engaging, and free-to-play alternatives to real money gaming.

We seek an experienced Senior DevOps Engineering Manager to lead our Euro DevOps team in designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in DevOps practices and cloud technologies, combined with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Develop and implement DevOps strategies aligned with business objectives

Oversee the design, reimplementation, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure (AWS)

Manage CI/CD pipelines and improve deployment processes

Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of our systems

Collaborate with development teams to streamline software delivery processes

Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions

Manage incident response and participate in on-call rotations

Drive adoption of DevOps best practices across the organization

Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

7+ years of experience in DevOps or similar roles

3+ years of experience in a leadership role

Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Expertise in infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)

Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash)

Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

Minimum of 3 years experience working with EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service) in a production environment

Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK stack)

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator)

Experience with microservices architecture

Knowledge of database administration and data management
