Senior Associate, Alternative Investment Specialist

What You Will Get To Do: 

• Client interaction
• Communicate with clients in a proactive & professional manner
• Monitoring, retrieving, processing, reporting alternative investment data
• Project involvement for onboarding of new clients
• Working with various systems across the SS&C landscape 
• Identify potential problems

What You Will Bring: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline 
• Experience in alternative investments, with a focus on private equity and hedge funds
• Knowledge in hedge fund accounting or fund of funds is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and functions such as VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and pivot tables, to efficiently analyze and mange large data sets
• The ideal candidate should be highly motivated; a self-starter who can meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player mentality with ability to partner with various departments and levels
• Tech savvy, ability to quickly learn new technology
• 1-3 years working experience in financial services
