Senior Test Automation Engineer (Python)

IF YOU ARE

• A holder of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Having 4+ years of experience as a developer with Java, C++, or Python, and open to transitioning into test automation
• Familiar with testing automation processes
• Experienced with microservices and REST API
• Competent in working with cloud platforms and applications
• Knowledgeable in Docker Compose
• Hands-on with Akka and Kafka
• Showing track record of Scala (as an advantage)
• Confident in gRPC experience (as a benefit)
  
  
  

AND YOU WANT TO

• Transition into test automation and provide fully automated testing and quality assurance for smart home and energy solutions
• Provide fully automated testing and quality assessment for smart home and energy solutions
• Implement automated tests with an emphasis on reliability, repeatability, and metrics measurements
• Integrate automated test solutions into CI/CD pipelines
• Conduct root-cause analysis for test failures and indicator changes and drive quick resolution of product, infrastructure, and environmental issues
• Maintain database of automated test cases with thoroughness and consistency
• Debug and diagnose embedded systems, video streams, and networks
• Collaborate with teams to work towards long-term automated product quality goals
