Job Description

• Provide management with insights into financial projections, performance results, and strategic decision analysis.
• Oversee the daily, weekly, and monthly financial reporting, ensuring timely completion of closing processes.
• Manage quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives.
• Perform variance analysis on financial data, overhead costs, and consolidated financial information.
• Lead the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and ad-hoc analyses for senior leadership.
• Track and monitor key performance indicators, identifying trends and analyzing variances.
• Ensure robust financial controls, reconciliations, and adherence to company policies.
• Collaborate with department heads to enhance financial awareness, improve budgeting, and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
• Support business development teams with financial benchmarking and review of business cases.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to improve performance and capabilities.
• Standardize the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes across the organization.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, with at least 5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. They will possess a deep understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, coupled with advanced proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint. A degree in Finance or a related field is essential, with a CPA or CMA certification highly preferred.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and management skills, capable of mentoring and developing high-performing teams while ensuring financial accuracy and compliance. They will be detail-oriented, organized, and have the ability to handle complex financial projects and analysis. Additionally, the candidate will be skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying financial trends, and providing actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability. A positive, proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement and superior service delivery to internal and external stakeholders is essential for success in this role.
