This position may be performed remotely anywhere within the United States except for within the States of Alaska, North Dakota, or South Dakota. Employees located within 50 miles of a BHN office will be considered a “Hybrid” employee and are required to come into the office 2 days per week based on office schedule.

Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic recent graduate to join our team as a Financial Analyst to directly support the corporate FP&A and finance systems teams. This role offers an exciting opportunity to dive into a comprehensive two-year rotational program where you’ll gain hands-on experience in both corporate FP&A and finance systems, then as part of a business finance team. You’ll learn the basics of key corporate finance elements including reporting & analysis, finance systems, revenue & expense management, pricing, and much more.

 

The candidate should be highly committed to quality, efficiency, and teamwork in supporting finance goals and initiatives while working in a fast-paced environment. The position will report to the Director of Finance.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for the following: 

  • Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic planning and business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to analyze and project company financial performance.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather data, prepare financial reports, and present findings to management.
  • Monitor financial metrics and KPIs, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in budgeting and variance analysis to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support operational efficiency and growth initiatives.
  • Utilize Oracle and other financial software tools to manage and analyze data.
  • Prepare variance reports and in-depth analysis on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, including collaboration with business partners and Accounting to provide insights on financial performance.
  • Champion continuous improvement of various financial reporting and planning processes through cross-functional partnership.
  • Perform ad-hoc operational and strategic analyses as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience in financial analysis or related coursework.
  • Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Roll-up-the-sleeves attitude and excellent attention to detail.
  • Cross-functional teamwork, collaboration and strong oral and written communication skills; comfort interfacing professionally with other teams.
Benefits:

Salary Range for all U.S. Residents (excluding Alaska, California, North Dakota, South Dakota): $48,380.00 to $62,900.00

Salary Range for California Residents Only: $66,560.00 to $78,168.00
