Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer support to Slovenian-speaking clients through multiple communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
  • Address and resolve inquiries, complaints, and issues in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with product-related questions and after-sales support.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet performance objectives and enhance the customer experience.
  • Offer feedback and insights on customer trends to management to drive improvements.
  • Contribute to developing efficient customer service processes.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Slovenian (native level) and proficient in English.
  • Experience in customer service or a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems).
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and engage with a new culture.
