Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients via various communication channels.
Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
Assist customers with product information, order placements, and transaction queries.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and ensure follow-up on unresolved issues.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service goals and improve the customer experience.
Adapt to new products, services, and systems by participating in continuous training and development.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize with customers.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Willingness to relocate to Greece and work in a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with customer service software and systems is a plus.
