MILLWORK ESTIMATOR

What Are We Looking For

MultiplyMii is in search of an Estimator who will be working with our client based in the United States, specializing in custom millwork and interior finishes.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating estimates using the Innergy ERP System, with a focus on lineal footage and square footage takeoffs and item pricing. This Estimator will play a key role in our client’s growth strategy, with opportunities for advancement to a management position in the future.

Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English language communication skills in both written and verbal.

This role is 100% work from home.

In This Role, You Will

Create accurate estimates for projects using lineal footage takeoff and square footage takeoff methods.
Prepare bids by analyzing project requirements, determining pricing, and creating detailed proposals.
Communicate effectively with vendors, and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
Manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Collaborate with project managers and project executives to provide insights on project costs and unique project requirements.
Participate in the growth and development of the estimating team by identifying opportunities for improvement and expansion.
Adhere to company core values of collaboration, attention to detail, and doing the right thing in all aspects of work.

About You

Core qualifications:

At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in the construction industry.
Ability to accurately estimate costs for projects based on materials, labor, and other relevant factors.
Experience in preparing bids for projects, including analyzing requirements, creating proposals, and determining pricing.
Strong communication skills to interact with vendors, and team members effectively.
Proficient in using estimating softwares to perform lineal footage takeoff, square footage takeoff and line item pricing, and other estimation tasks.
Capable in managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively.
