Overview
The Sales Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department. They are responsible for providing administrative support, interfacing with customers, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team. The Sales Assistant is a key member of the team, aiding in increasing sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the sales department
  • Handle and respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly
  • Support sales representatives in maintaining client relationships
  • Process and manage sales orders and invoices
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and sales-related documentation
  • Assist in the organization of sales events and promotional activities
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry and maintenance of customer records
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional strategies
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of sales materials

Required qualifications
