Position Overview:

We are seeking a Loan Associate to support US-based loan processors in managing tasks essential for maintaining efficient loan processing operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in mortgage processes, accounting, finance, or related fields. Strong customer service skills, bilingual English-Spanish communication, and multitasking across tech systems are required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Manage high volumes of phone calls (English & Spanish), addressing client inquiries and troubleshooting mortgage issues.
  • Pipeline Management: Assist with loan processing pipeline, collecting documents, and ensuring seamless file handoffs.
  • Administrative Tasks: Order appraisals, register loans, ensure complete loan files, calculate income, and handle email communication.
  • System Management: Spend 30 minutes daily managing CRM and loan originating systems, updating information.
  • Other Tasks: Manage data across Salesforce, Airtable, Notion, and loan origination portals, perform additional administrative tasks.


Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.
  • Experience in the mortgage industry or customer service.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite, Microsoft Office, and data management tools.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with Bonzo CRM, Salesforce, Airtable, Notion, or loan origination portals.
  • Familiarity with the loan processing cycle and related software systems.
