Job Title: Product Manager
Location: Remote/Egypt
Working Hours: 9am - 5:30pm (Egypt time); flexible hours available; 5 days per week
Salary: $1500 - $1800 USD monthly (based on experience)

The client is building a leading MENA private market investing platform. We’re on a mission to democratise early stage investing and empower everyone to own a piece of the most promising ventures.

What you will do:

As a Product Manager, you will be working closely with the founders to define and execute our product vision with a focus on providing an exceptional user experience. 


Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate with founders to gain an understanding of our product vision and business objectives, and then translate these insights into a clear product roadmap and actionable tasks that drive progress and meet our goals.
  • Metrics and User Journey Optimization: Identify and track key performance metrics to evaluate product success and user engagement.
  • Develop and implement plans to enhance user journeys and address areas for improvement based on data-driven insights.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with the CTO and other team members to oversee the delivery of product features and updates.
  • Assist in prioritizing tasks and managing the product development pipeline to ensure timely and efficient execution.
  • Quality Assurance and Feedback Management: Oversee the quality assurance process, ensuring that all product releases meet our high standards. This includes addressing user feedback and bugs, working with the development team to resolve issues and continuously improve the product.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Act as the central point of communication for product-related queries and updates. Foster collaboration across teams to ensure alignment and support the successful launch and ongoing enhancement of our products.
What we are looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a startup environment or technology sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing product development processes, including planning, prioritization, and execution.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
Technical Knowledge:
  • Basic understanding of technology and development processes.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams is a plus.
  • Quality Focus: Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality products and a keen eye for identifying and addressing potential issues.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities with a proactive and flexible approach.
