About the role:

As an AI Software Solutions Engineer at Ampere, you'll work on benchmarking and integrating cutting-edge AI frameworks. You'll work closely with our AI Software Team to develop and enhance machine learning libraries. You'll also analyze neural network models, proposing critical improvements and optimizations to drive the performance of next generation AI compute technologies.

What you’ll achieve:

In this role, you will work on benchmarking and integrating innovative solutions and enhancements for popular machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Llama.cpp, and vLLM, positioning you at the forefront of AI innovation.
Collaborate with Ampere’s AI Optimization Team to deliver future products.
Utilize a data-driven approach to focus on benchmarking and optimization efforts.
Troubleshoot and resolve existing issues, and explore alternative, more efficient methods to achieve similar results.
Be a key team member in building state-of-the-art software and hardware AI co-processors/accelerators, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in AI technology.

About you:

Bachelors degree & 8 years of related experience; or Master's degree & 6 years
Strong expertise in Python, PyTorch & similar AI tools (TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Cuda)
Experience building and maintaining software benchmarking and integration plans
6+ years of experience developing and/or benchmarking software solutions, a big plus if your experience includes AI software.
An innovative and creative mindset with a strong attention to detail
