Your missions

Marketing Support Manager
El Segundo, CA(onsite)
3+ Years Project

Overall Purpose: Support various segments of the Marketing department related to promotional materials.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Collaborate with research and creative teams to prepare customer-facing materials for a sales team to communicate product value for print, online, mobile, and direct marketing products targeting small and medium-sized businesses.
Partner with copywriters, collateral managers, and designers to manage and update existing sales collateral material.
Manage project workflows, set due-date benchmarks, and track objectives.
Support ad-hoc collateral requests, maintaining and cataloging research data.
Post electronic files to internal storage and file delivery systems.
Work with key advertisers on the development of creative assets for direct mail campaigns and ensure timely and accurate order placements for direct mail campaigns.
