Overview of Job Function:
Verint is looking for a Senior Manager of Marketing Operations to join the Global Marketing Operations team. The Senior Manager will report directly to the Marketing Operations Senior Director. The Senior Manager will work closely with the Marketing Operations team to ensure a seamless request to execution process, managing requests from the Americas Demand Generation team, and Analytical Marketing team. The Senior Manager will work to ensure that marketing technologies are leveraged to their fullest extent. The Senior Manager will participate in project planning and will support the team as the professional go-to leader on day-to-day issues and will play a key role in ongoing and ad-hoc reporting.
Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:
- Marketing Technology: translate business needs into clear actionable plans for the relevant tool.
- Wrike
- Maintain the marketing spaces and requests processes between Marketing Operations and the AMER Programs Marketing team to ensure full alignment, while also taking into consideration any other teams impacted (such as Digital and Growth teams).
- Support the marketing automation campaigns needs required by Analytical Marketing, Americas Program Marketing, social & paid campaigns, and website (Verint.com) via Wrike.
- Ensure structure of requested global and cluster campaign email series and related assets are in alignment with global processes and tool capabilities.
- Monitor and gain clarification (as needed) for segmentation requests and raise concerns around contact segmentation overlap.
- Serve as a member of the Wrike Governance Committee.

- Assist with training globally related to SalesOS.
- Create and monitor Audiences and Workflows tied to all Analytical Marketing programs.
- Manage and monitor user licensing.

- Manage setup and maintenance of AI Assistant configuration.
- Continuously review AI conversations for accuracy and success performance.
- Marketing Analytics Programs
- Request intake coordination for ZoomInfo and Marketing Automation tool development needs.
- Develop and validate ZoomInfo Audience definitions and related workflows.
- Perform roadmap management to ensure coordination with other activities.
- Analytics
- Own ongoing and ad hoc reporting related to systems use, benefits, gap/deficiencies, areas to bring improvement.
- Collaborate with Marketing Automation and Digital teams to ensure accurate reporting, tracking, and monitoring of campaigns.
- Assisting with budget management and renewals across the MarTech stack owned by the Marketing Operations team.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a marketing operations/marketing management role
- Strong understanding of the marketing execution lifecycle: from ideation to launch
- Ability to be task, detail and execution oriented
- Strong understating of the B2B technology, marketing and sales framework
- Experience in Marketing analytics models such as: ROI models, Attribution models, Mixed Media models, etc.
- Experience in working with, presenting, and communicating to senior business leaders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to be confident and collaborative
- Has a passion for trying new ideas, approaches, etc.
- Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations
