The Regional Sales Lead is the local expert on our Dwellworks Living brand and the Dwellworks product suite. They are able to demonstrate to clients/prospects how we deliver our services and create value for the customer, as well as having a deep understanding of the internal workings of the company, both operational and financial. In this role you will need to understand fully and demonstrate the company’s core values and unique differentiators.
The Regional Sales Lead will be an expert at asking great questions and listening actively to the needs of the prospects, then bringing these needs back to the organization to form effective solutions. The Regional Sales Lead will understand the buying needs and decision drivers of prospects and adjust with the marketplace and external factors impacting buying decisions.
