OUR POSITION IN A NUTSHELL

The Regional Sales Lead is the local expert on our Dwellworks Living brand and the Dwellworks product suite. They are able to demonstrate to clients/prospects how we deliver our services and create value for the customer, as well as having a deep understanding of the internal workings of the company, both operational and financial. In this role you will need to understand fully and demonstrate the company’s core values and unique differentiators. 

The Regional Sales Lead will be an expert at asking great questions and listening actively to the needs of the prospects, then bringing these needs back to the organization to form effective solutions. The Regional Sales Lead will understand the buying needs and decision drivers of prospects and adjust with the marketplace and external factors impacting buying decisions.

How you’ll add value:

Collaborate and Innovate

  • Partner with internal resources to expedite contract negotiations.
  • Work with a team to build and recommend differentiated processes to close deals faster.
  • Build and foster the necessary internal cross functional relationships with other business partners.
  • Implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches alongside the marketing, product development, account management and operations teams.
  • Partner with internal resources to expedite contract negotiations and new client implementations.

  • Be a positive, visible presence in the marketplace – gain competitive and customer insights, build brand awareness through marketplace engagement.

Prospect and Close

  • Develop sales cadence and cycle to deliver profitable new sales revenue.
  • Build and track a sales pipeline.  
  • Monitor and drive action on sales and upsell opportunities in collaboration with Account Managers for existing clients.
  • Manage the sales cycle driving opportunities to close within planned timelines.
  • Create internal rigor for sales processes and all necessary activity leading to revenue generation from a sale including approach and cadence of prospect communications; team and executive engagement; and pricing negotiation.
  • Position prospects to be included in periodic request for proposal (RFP) solicitations and manage the process to ensure the proposal meets and exceeds the customer’s expectations.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (required), with a Master’s degree preferred, or equivalent work history
  • Highly desirable: 2+ years of progressive leadership experience
  • Highly desirable: 5+ years of business to business or business to consumer sales
  • Highly desirable: 1+ years working with consumer marketing

Skills & Abilities:

  • A proven sales professional who has consistently achieved multi-million-dollar annual sales revenue targets
  • Demonstrated success winning new clients
  • Experience selling to HR, Corporate Travel or Mobility
  • Ability to manage a complex sale through the entire sales cycle and navigate at a senior level within our clients and prospects
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce or other CRM
  • Experience in sales/marketing project management a plus
  • Experience with sales to global organizations required
  • Strong business knowledge and understanding of basic principles in finance and operations
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills with executive level presence
  • Organized and able to handle confidential information
  • Ability to absorb complexity and communicate simplicity
  • Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects and deadlines
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
  • Entrepreneurial approach: comfort working with white space and early-stage products
  • The role involves regular travel to client sites and company service centers in the UK and EMEA
