We are looking for a Vice President, Solutions & Strategy to help drive our Commercial growth by equipping our sales teams with Solutions Consultant support, tools, content, and sales enablement, The Vice President, Solutions & Strategy will play a critical role in our success as a strategic and tactical thought leader collaborating with all functions of the company.

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will own opportunity strategy and resource planning for our sales and client success teams; helping us ensure that our external deliverables are executed. You will use data to drive insights for opportunities, and focus not only on enablement, but continual development, and refining overall sales effectiveness. You’ve hustled, you’ve created, you’ve implemented, and you love the intensity of a startup in high-growth mode. 

The candidate will drive all strategy for current and prospective clients including all subject matter expertise for Carrum in our Solutions Consultant roles, enablement across sales, consulting, partners, and client success, as well as scaling the RFP function and knowledge base functionality.

  • Lead the Solutions Consultants in continuing to deepen their subject matter expertise on all things Carrum and support all Carrum opportunities within sales and client success.
  • Drive the strategy and tactics for sales enablement improving sales efficiency through consistent content, training, and process.
  • Scale Carrum’s dynamic knowledge base of content through our RFP repository and team
  • Bring a critical thinking lens to all external deliverables to optimize Carrum’s OKR achievements.
  • Provide mentorship and training across the Commercial team by developing programs, identifying opportunities or gaps, and connecting enablement findings and initiatives to in-the-field actions and outcomes.Design the vision, roadmap, and priorities for sales enablement at all levels and stages by Identifying and solving for sales process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and inconsistencies, focused on improving processes, and enhancing the customer journey.
  • In collaboration with leadership, design and implement sales infrastructure and processes that empower sales teams. 
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by applying rigorous methodologies to optimize sales performance, and ensure that leadership is equipped with the necessary tools and information to drive business growth.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to support decision-making processes and strategic planning, ensuring informed executive oversight of sales operations.
