You'll be responsible for

  • Reviewing and identifying claims that do not fall within the scope of policies, to ensure the correct outcome has been made.
  • Liaising with stakeholders to discuss outcomes and dispute resolution.
  • Prepare and draft appropriate documentation to stakeholders when required.
  • Develop customer relationships to understand and meet their needs, delivering a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain knowledge of insurance guidelines, legislation, regulations, and court decisions, recommending policy changes for continuous improvement and compliance.

 

About you

  • Demonstrated claims management experience in a complex Customer Service environment.
  • Ability to optimise business value by delivering high-quality services and positive customer experiences.
  • Possess technical knowledge of relevant insurance lines and associated legislation.
  • High attention to detail and technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, and communication tools.
  • Proactive problem-solver with strong decision-making skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities, adept at balancing understanding, empathy, and compassion with achieving optimal commercial outcomes for AAL.
