Job description

Job Description:

As a Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing thatgamecompany's (TGC) marketing team activities in China, covering all TGC game brands. You will serve as a bridge between various cross-functional teams, ensuring that marketing projects are completed on time and to a high standard. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the development of marketing strategies, organizing and coordinating online and offline marketing campaigns, managing project timelines, and collaborating with the global marketing team to ensure the quality and consistency of localized content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the brand promotion efforts for all TGC game brands in China.

  • Organize and coordinate cross-functions & teams, including design, content, social media, and PR, to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to ensure that activities proceed as planned.

  • Oversee and manage marketing project timelines, addressing any issues that arise during the project.

  • Collaborate closely with the global marketing team to ensure the accuracy and consistency of localized content.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in marketing, particularly with a strong background in the gaming industry.

  • Excellent team coordination and project management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

  • Deep understanding and passion for TGC game brands.

  • Fluent in both Chinese and English, with exceptional communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.

  • Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and optimize marketing strategies.

  • Innovative thinking and the ability to continually propose new marketing solutions.
