Who you are:

Are you a hands-on top talent and are looking for a new challenge in the field of Structured Products while learning about other alternative investments? Is your ambition to produce diligent work and improve Lifecycle processes for the business to become more streamlined and scalable? Due to the growth of our team (Lifecycle Management), we are now looking for a Lifecycle Manager available on short notice. You will have the chance to work with an experienced international team with a diversified background, who have become specialists in their field focusing on both bankable and non-bankable assets.

Your tasks & responsibilities:
  • Daily valuation and reporting of issued products (Actively Managed Certificates, Trackers and Credit-Linked Notes)
  • Development of valuation models for newly issued products
  • Helping with the operations of issued products:
    1. Execution of primary and secondary market transactions 
    2. Product NAV reporting on SIX Telekurs and Bloomberg 
    3. Product Listings
    4. Processing of payment instructions 
    5. Processing of Corporate Action events (e.g. interest/coupon flows, expirations/terminations, early redemptions) 
    6. Product and client invoicing and paying agent fee reconciliations 
    7. Asset overview reporting
    8. ESTV reporting
  • Conduct daily quality control checks on valuations, processes and systems in place
  • Resolving relevant internal (Structuring, Key Accounts) and external (clients, third parties) queries
  • Support senior members on managing data and process development/optimisation topics (including data connectivity automations via API/SFTP, quality controlling, process design)
  • Work in close collaboration with the rest of the Lifecycle team (but know how to work independently)
What you bring:
  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics or any other quantitative field from a reputable university achieving above-average results. 
  • Work experience (desirable): Structured Products / Private Equity / Banking in reputable financial institution (up to 5 years). 
  • Soft skills: diligence, reliable, analytical, intellectual curiosity, motivated/entrepreneurial, team-player, organized, client and service orientated, front-to-end thinking.
  • Fluent written and spoken English is required, German would be considered as advantage.  
  • Hard skills: Excel (Expert). 
  • Nice to have: VBA and Bloomberg experience.
