Program Delivery - Agile Teams / Tester with Nv2

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Agile Team Tester to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test cases to ensure software quality. Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing.
  
•  Work within an Agile team, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  
• Identify, document, and track defects in the system, ensuring timely resolution.
  
• Advocate for best testing practices and contribute to process improvements.
  
• Assist in the development and maintenance of automated test scripts.
  
• Experience in software testing and quality assurance.
  
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  
• Basic knowledge of test automation tools is a plus.
