Your Role
We are seeking a talented RevOps Analyst to join our Operations team. This role can be based remotely or in Austin and will report to the VP of Revenue Operations. As a key member of our team, you will support various strategic and tactical projects, including territory design, account scoring, forecasting, attainment analysis, productivity modeling, sales engagement processes, pipeline management, and annual planning.
In this role, you will provide actionable insights on our Go-To-Market (GTM) activities across sales, customer success, SDRs, and marketing. Your work will help inform decision-making and drive growth. We're looking for someone with a growth mindset, a passion for learning, and the ambition to thrive in a fast-paced software environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Become proficient in our essential business metrics related to marketing, sales, SDRs, and customer success, such as ARR, bookings, renewal rates, pipeline, conversion rates, and net dollar expansion.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on business results and key trends to help our leadership team understand our progress towards goals, identify risks, and replicate successes.
- Develop and maintain analyses to support revenue operations, GTM, and executive leadership in understanding performance, business trends, and areas for improvement.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing processes and cross-functional handoffs to drive efficiency and prepare for future growth.
- Support the annual planning process by creating and maintaining a planning framework, defining territories, setting productivity metrics, evaluating targets, and understanding growth levers.
- Build and maintain processes and data to provide a single source of truth for critical business insights and performance measurement.
- Serve as a versatile business analyst supporting various reporting and analysis needs across GTM functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Business, Revenue, or GTM Operations.
- Proficiency with revenue operations tools such as forecasting tools (e.g., Clari), BI/reporting (e.g., DOMO), Sales CRM (e.g., SFDC), Microsoft Excel, and Google Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with a desire to learn and adapt in a dynamic SaaS environment.
- Ability to create complex business analyses and communicate results clearly, with actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Team player with the capability to work independently on complex and ambitious projects.
Compensation
