Job description

We're seeking a dynamic Sales Director to drive growth for Sharpr, our innovative SaaS knowledge management product. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your sales expertise and strategic thinking in the B2B tech space. You'll be instrumental in expanding our client base and maximizing revenue from existing accounts, primarily in the USA with potential for international expansion.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand relationships with existing ones

  • Provide engaging demonstrations of the Sharpr platform, tailoring your approach to each prospect's unique needs

  • Collaborate with Sharpr sales leadership on contract management and negotiation

  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets

  • Work cross-functionally with Operations and Customer Experience teams to ensure smooth solution implementation

  • Contribute to the development of best practices and sales strategies

  • Articulate the value proposition of Dynata and its product suite to diverse audiences

  • Leverage the broader Dynata sales network for introductions and opportunities

  • Maintain proactive communication with prospects through various channels, including email, phone, video conferencing, and in-person meetings

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, account management, or similar roles, with experience selling SaaS solutions (2+ years preferred)

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities

  • Adaptability and willingness to embrace new challenges in a fast-paced environment

The base salary range for this position in is $X-$X/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A discretionary incentive program may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.
