Your missions

Our client is revolutionizing private money lending operations with an AI-driven software platform and looking for a passionate QA Engineer with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. The company, located in the East part of Toronto, is growing its team and they need you.

Your experience you bring will include:

• 4+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced, high-growth FinTech or SaaS company.

• Strong knowledge of the lending industry, particularly in loan servicing, origination, or fund management.

• You have experience writing test cases in the Playwright test framework or equivalent

• Experience in payment processing, auto industry, lease financing, or consumer financing is highly valued.

• Experience managing B2B products with a focus on customer experience.

• U.S. market experience is a plus.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Drive the product lifecycle from ideation to execution, including product research, design, and go-to-market strategy.

• Collaborate extensively with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure a smooth product development process.

• Gather and incorporate customer feedback to continuously improve the platform.

• Translate customer needs into detailed product requirements and actionable user stories. Write and prioritize tickets in Jira, collaborating with internal stakeholders.
