About The Opportunity

The Client Solutions Director (CSD) leads and manages all strategic presales activities for a given set of opportunities aligned to the Large Enterprise and Enterprise segment. You will serve as the first member of the Solution Advisory Team assigned to opportunities and will partner as a confidante to the Large Enterprise and Enterprise DVP’s and Account Executives to plan sales strategies. Aligning the best-fit resources and pre-sales team members to support qualified opportunities.

What You’ll Get To Do

  • Attain individual and team quota by executing the sales process to exceed revenue goals and expand Dayforce’s value.
  • Assist Account Executive in initial qualification call to learn more about customer pains/challenges and assist in defining Strategic Account Plan establishing milestones and next steps in the customer’s buying cycle.
  • Client Solution Directors will assist the Account Executive with discovery preparation and work in partnership with the Solution Advisory team to align resources. Transfer knowledge to the SA’s post qualification call and assist in the preparation for a successful discovery leveraging tools such as Miro.
  • Coordinate additional pre-sales teams; Value Advisors, Industry Advisors, Global Solution Advisors, Technical Solution Consultants, Client Partners and Product Managers when needed for their expertise in preparation.
  • Coordinate internal strategy meetings with Account Executives and Solution Advisory teams to create the value messaging themes mapping to the solution capabilities and customer requirements. Assist in defining competitive advantages that align with our solution.
  • Participate and lead the customers solution presentation meeting(s), engaging appropriate parties to align to our customer’s desired outcomes.

Skills And Experience We Value

  • University/College Degree/Diploma or equivalent related work experience
  • Minimum 5+ years experience in a pre-sales role in the technology industry.
  • Excellent demonstration skills and a business acumen geared to C Suite in solving business challenges
  • Excellent communication (oral & written), problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, build trust and rapport with all levels of an organization.
  • Demonstrate ability to function in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.

What Would Make You Really Stand Out

  • Proven knowledge (5+ years) of Human Capital Management solutions (Human Resources, Talent, Benefits, Workforce Management, Payroll & Analytics)
  • At least 3+ years knowledge of the concepts and principles in various industries such as Manufacturing, Retail & Hospitality, Financial Services, & Professional Services.
  • Proven success in a pre-sales role as a top contributor to the teams sales goals.
