The Role

We are looking for a Junior Salesforce Administrator to be part of a high-growth organization. The Junior Salesforce Administrator is responsible for executing our product vision and leading the ongoing development of our salesforce.com deployment including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and a plethora of other Applications.

The Junior Salesforce Administrator works closely with their manager, functional leaders, organizational units, vendors and subject matter experts to identify, develop and deploy technology supporting our core business processes.

The Junior Salesforce Administrator oversees and assists with the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform.

This is a remote role, but only those living in the U.S. will be considered for this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily administration of the Salesforce CRM platform.
  • Provide effective administration and maintenance of salesforce.com.
  • Perform user maintenance, including security, profiles, and roles.
  • Participate in the data integration process with corporate enterprise systems.
  • Develop and create customized reports and dashboards.
  • Create and deliver user training materials, for existing and new users.
  • Create and manage custom fields, objects, layouts, list views, user permissions, and processes.
  • Identify and implement salesforce.com best practices to increase business performance relating to efficiency, improved customer service, and sales.
  • Make recommendations and design solutions that improve user experience, expand platform utilization, and align with the overall company strategy.
  • Partner with cross-functional business teams to understand and analyze business objectives, gather and define business requirements.
  • Facilitate and support testing of new features in alignment with team requirements. Create and maintain detailed documentation including technical designs, project plans, workflows, and training documents.
  • Uphold data cleanliness and integrity inclusive of leading data clean-up programs.

Experience And Qualifications

  • HS diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years CRM administration experience required.
  • Ability to act independently and demonstrate initiative.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (primarily Excel and Word).
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt to a constantly changing environment.
  • 2+ years’ experience using Salesforce.com a plus.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification a plus or willingness to obtain one.
  • Previous experience supporting a dynamic sales and marketing team preferred.
