The Revenue Mapping Analyst is responsible for the conversion of Enhanced Bill Review results into a UB formatted document that is indicative of the results by Revenue Code lines.
This is a remote position.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Conversion of the Summary of Adjusted Report results into a UB formatted document
- Applies QC protocols to ensure accuracy of conversion
- Applies individual line results by UB Revenue Code
- Ensures specified Patient Demographic(s) matches original UB information. I.e. Patient Name, DOS, Bill Charges, etc
- Meet production and turnaround time requirements
- Assist co-workers, supervisor or management to accomplish product goals and identify any potential issues in a pro-active manner
- Maintain HIPAA compliance in all aspects of communications
- Provides general support
- Requires punctual and consistent attendance
- Additional duties as assigned. Not excluding providing assistance in training of new incoming employees
Knowledge & Skills
- Medical Terminology knowledge helpful
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, mainly Outlook and Excel
- Detail Oriented
- Exceptional organizational skills
- The ability to work independently, as well as, with a team
- The ability to work in a fast paced/production environment
- Effectively communicate with others
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year office experience
- Data Entry experience
Pay Range
CorVel uses a market based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location. Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors: federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions. Our ranges may be modified at any time.
For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role. The level may impact the salary range and these adjustments would be clarified during the offer process.
Pay Range: $12.77 - $19.43 per hour
