About the Role:

We’re on the hunt for a CTO (Who could soon transition as a Technical Co-Founder) to help us take Acowale to the next level. You won’t just be writing code for a SaaS product—you’ll be architecting the backbone of our flagship ecosystem, Dash (World #1st Business Operating System) and Zap (Consumer Super App Curated Inspired by Japanese Concept of Society 5.0) , and building a technical team that’s second to none. If you're a visionary technologist who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves creating scalable solutions, and is ready to lead a tech revolution, this could be your dream gig! Requirements

What You’ll Do:

  • Define the tech roadmap for Acowale’s future products, making critical decisions on architecture, stack, and infrastructure.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a team of developers, creating a culture of excellence and innovation with our Founder+CEO.
  • Collaborate closely with the founders and product teams to align technical goals with business strategy.
  • Scale and optimize our applications (Dash, Zap, and beyond) to support millions of users across the globe.
  • Balance the need for rapid development with maintaining a sustainable codebase and managing technical debt.
  • Keep an eye on the tech horizon—evaluating and implementing new technologies to keep us ahead of the game.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, Node.js, and frontend frameworks like React.js (because sleek and responsive is the way to go).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure—pick your poison!).
  • Expertise in building and scaling microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git and collaboration tools like JIRA or Trello.
  • Leadership experience in growing and managing development teams, while being comfortable rolling up your sleeves and diving into the code.
  • Ability to translate business needs into tech strategy and make decisions that align both.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker/Kubernetes.
  • Passion for startups, innovation, and working in an agile environment.
