Customer Service Professional

Our client seeks an experienced Customer Service Professional to join their team! The ideal candidate displays empathy and compassion and is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service in a healthcare/insurance related setting.

This role is fully remote and open to candidates who reside in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, or Utah.

Core Pacific Time Zone (PST) hours required.

Customer Service Professional Responsibilities

  • Handle high-volume customer service calls while providing superior customer service to members.
  • Utilize active-listening and problem-solving skills to address member needs and ensure satisfaction of service.
  • Effectively research, resolve, and communicate solutions for member inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex member issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of interactions in CRM system.

Customer Service Professional Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proven ability to provide superior customer service in a healthcare, insurance, banking, hospitality, or related industry.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to practice active listening and provide compassionate customer service.
  • Quick and accurate typing and 10-key skills (30 wpm).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and/or Radar platforms a plus.
  • Ability to utilize multiple monitors and systems while handling calls.
  • Organized with the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task.
  • Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills for identifying and addressing member needs.
