Description

SAIC is looking for an Atlassian Developer who has experience and knowledge of Atlassian products such as JIRA, Confluence, Crowd, Bitbucket and their Add-Ons and Plugins. Candidate should be able to work with development, testing, deployment, and infrastructure teams to maintain existing systems and processes. Candidate should be comfortable working in a Linux environment and be familiar with Apache and Tomcat server configurations. Candidate should be able to write and maintain scripts written in scripting languages such as Groovy and SIL. Candidate should have Java coding skills along with CSS, HTML and Javascript experience. Candidate should have experience in a customer facing role and be able to work effectively with customers to implement their requirements in support of business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Administer and support Atlassian tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Crowd and Bitbucket
  • Install, configure and evaluate Add-ons/Plugins for Atlassian products
  • Create and maintain Groovy/SIL scripts and use them in workflows
  • Work with Jira API, Java, HTML, CSS and java scripts
  • Document processes and procedures for Atlassian tools in Confluence Wiki
  • Maintain Apache web server and Tomcat server in Linux environment
  • Write technical documentation with best practices for Atlassian products
  • Experience working with Spring Framework, Velocity templates and OSGI framework
  • Experience working with Troubleshooting Java Web applications running on web servers

Qualifications

  • BS and 2 years of related experience (4 years experience in lieu of degree)

  • Experience in Atlassian Products installation, configuration and upgrades

  • Experience working with Vendor to reports any problems with tools
  • Experience creating technical documentations about Atlassian products
  • Experience with Apache web server and tomcat server
  • Experience creating Dashboards, Agile boards and Structure boards
  • Possess excellent oral and technical written communication skills

Desired

Target salary range $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
