Ready to make a Tech impact? Pernod Ricard is looking for a Finance Operations Product Owner to be responsible for roadmap definition and maintenance of Pernod Ricard Finance Operations Solutions, including Travel & Expenses.

Your key missions

In a context of Finance transformation journey, Pernod Ricard has deployed SAP Concur as Travel & Expenses Group solution. Deployment is still on-going with our different affiliates. The Tech capability product teams thrive on providing cutting edge tools & recommendations to ensure that we make the best usage of our technological assets and to always lookout for the upcoming evolutions that could benefit our performance.

The responsibilities involve leading and managing an Agile Squad, overseeing the development of the product roadmap, and managing backlog prioritization to ensure the delivery of Business Value.

  • Demand Management : Gather new demands to be integrated into the backlog and translate them into Features.
  • Backlog Management : Prioritize Product backlog and manage risks and interdependencies with other squads. Steer and drive squad delivery, facilitate day-to-day interactions within the squad.
  • Product Lifecycle management : Contribute to product vision definition. Lead the Product Build by defining and analyzing the Features/user stories and managing the agile squad delivery. Collect and consolidate Product value based on Proximity Team and GBPO’s inputs
  • Product Catalog Management : Ensure latest version and consistency between the product & service catalog and the overall product portfolio and communicate on changes & updates
  • Incident Management : Lead L2/L3 incidents investigation, diagnosis and resolution
  • Resource Management : Estimate Resource forecasts, adjust roadmap and prioritization based on resource availability and report on actual resource utilization
  • ITFM : Provide Product roadmap and backlog, squad’s resource needs forecast. Oversee overall funding of my scope, perform variance analysis and provide justification. Track Product’s ROI and costs

Reporting Line (direct/indirect) : Align on key directives with Product Manager on weekly manner

Key internal stakeholders : Product Manager, Domain Proximity Lead, Service Management, Key Users, Resources Lead, Product Teams & Squad Members

Key external stakeholders : Solution editor (SAP Concur), Travel Agency and our AMS External Partner

YOUR AREAS OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS

  • Strategic thinking & value-driven mindset (roadmap creation, value monitoring…)
  • Expertise in relevant product, with deep understanding of business challenges in the domain
  • Ability to manage in complex and VUCA environments
  • Communication skills, with the ability to talk with both business & technical stakeholders
  • Strong experience in Product management, Product Owner certification
  • Strong understanding of agile mindset & practices
  • Negotiation/mediation skills

You have an educational background in IT or finance.

You have at least 7 years' experiences working on SAP Concur or similar tools.

You have knowledge in Travel Expenses, Account receivable/Payables processes.
You speak fluently English.

You have experiences on team management (hierarchical or transversal) and demonstrate leadership.

Other technical knowledges:

  • IT Product Management (Agile context): Intermediate capability
  • Experience working with cross functional Tech teams – BI, support/AMS, solutions architects, etc.: Strong capability
  • Integration / API / SFTP: Intermediate to strong capability
