Responsibilities

In this role, you will participate in research activities pertaining to recruiting and retaining employees, particularly frontline healthcare providers, assessing the factors that impact their experience as employees using survey methodology, and the relationship between employee experience, organizational variables, and patient outcomes.

This role provides analytic support to collaborative projects across Human Resources (including Workforce Planning, Organizational Effectiveness, Talent Strategy, and Diversity & Inclusion).

You Will

  • Provide statistical support to the Workforce Insights Team and groups within Human Resources.
  • Use analytic reasoning to identify problems and develop hypotheses that can be tested.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement studies, analyze data, and provide them with recommendations based on the results.
  • Understand the business applications and apply the best techniques to improve organizational effectiveness and/or the employee experience.
  • Conduct literature reviews and drafting of reports, slide decks, and manuscripts as necessary.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Experience with statistical methods (exploratory/descriptive analytics, hypothesis testing, regression)
  • Experience with survey psychometrics (survey design and validation, factor analysis, SEM)
  • Experience in Python or R
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Matplotlib or ggplot)
  • Exposure to relational databases (SQL)

Requirements

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
