About The Role

As a Account Manager, you will work closely with the VP, Experience and Engagement leader and Operations Groups to manage all aspects of client response, follow-up, and deliverables. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic business relationships, driving account growth and retention, and providing exceptional client and operational support. Your role will involve overseeing client program initiation, facilitating meeting information transitions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.

You're Good At

  • Managing client response, follow-up, and deliverables
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Providing strategic and tactical operational input for account development
  • Handling budget proposals and inquiries effectively
  • Collaborating with internal teams for successful project transitions and debriefs
  • Communicating industry trends, benchmarks, and strategic plans with customers
  • Monitoring and reporting on program spend and savings
  • Ensuring adherence to preferred supplier relationships
  • Conducting client meetings and account reviews to optimize communication and service delivery
  • Adhering to and monitoring client SLAs or KPIs
  • Keeping sales database up to date and maintaining client profiles
  • Participating in industry events to stay informed and network effectively

  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and working knowledge of Access
  • Budget development experience
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • The ability to travel 50%+ annually

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Account Manager is between $90,000 - $105,000 The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
