Workday - Business Analyst( Supply Chain)
 
  • Duration: 9 months
  • Start: Immediate
  • This is a 20-25 hours/ week role
  • 100% Remote
 
One of our prestigious client is looking for a Business Analyst Consultant. As a Consultant you will  be involved in  resolving operational issues identified while optimizing the recent Workday deployment.
Business Analyst Consultant would support the following:
  • Troubleshoot invoice match exceptions for process and system related issues
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams – Finance, Suppliers, End-users – to address Invoice Match Exception Issues
  • Gather data to determine root cause of match exceptions and identify ways to improve processes
  • Optimize processes and procedures to improve efficiency
  • Provides exceptional customer service by resolving issues promptly
  • Develops and implements effective solutions to address challenges
  • Conducts thorough research and data analysis to inform decision-making
