Job description

This is a remote position.

Additional Mandatory Requirements:
  • Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification
  • Degree, Diploma, or Certification in Business Analysis. 

Education:
  • Valid Prosci Certification.  Proof of the certification is requested with the response.
  • Valid ITIL Foundation or Practitioner certification.  Proof of the certification is requested with the response.

Skill and Experience
  • 10 years’ experience in an analyst role supporting information system implementation projects and process mapping activities.  Duties should include documenting customer requirements, and business processes and identifying where the capability gaps lie
  • 5 years’ experience implementing projects in a healthcare environment. Experience should include analysis of healthcare service delivery and working with clinical stakeholders
  • 3 years’ experience in a project management or project lead role developing project scope, project plans, and maintaining a project schedule. 
  • 1 year of experience mapping and analyzing processes for healthcare service delivery in an ITIL environment including performance metrics
  • 5 years’ experience supporting information system training by delivering end user training and developing training materials.
  • 3 years’ experience working with the Allscripts suite of solutions in a healthcare environment.
