Project Manager - S4HANA to IBP Integration

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage the integration of SAP S4HANA with SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP). The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of both SAP S4HANA and SAP IBP systems, with proven expertise in project management and a track record of successful system integrations. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire integration process, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering the project on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management:

Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets.

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and ensure effective communication.

Integration Strategy:

Design and implement integration strategies between SAP S4HANA and SAP IBP to optimize business processes.

Identify and manage integration risks and issues, proposing solutions as necessary.

Ensure that integration solutions meet business requirements and comply with industry standards.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to align project objectives with organizational goals.

Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve issues.

Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely delivery of project outcomes.

System Configuration and Testing:

Oversee the configuration of SAP S4HANA and SAP IBP systems to ensure seamless integration.

Coordinate and lead testing phases to validate integration processes and functionality.

Ensure that all integration components work together effectively and meet performance standards.

Documentation and Reporting:

Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, reports, and technical specifications.

Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Document lessons learned and best practices for future reference.

Change Management:

Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of integrated systems.

Provide training and support to end-users as needed.

Address and resolve any post-integration issues promptly.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is highly desirable.

Proven experience managing complex SAP integration projects, specifically with SAP S4HANA and SAP IBP.

Strong understanding of SAP S4HANA and SAP IBP functionalities and integration points.

Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within scope.

Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with additional SAP modules or related technologies.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.

Knowledge of industry best practices in supply chain management and planning.
