We are currently looking for Workplace Project Мanager to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with end-user technologies like Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook, Global Service Desk (GSD), Mobile Device Management (MDM), and Asset Management Systems. Proficiency in these technology’s is essential for managing and optimizing workplace technology solutions to enhance productivity and support.

Daily challenges

• Managing customer project delivery
• Dealing with high complexity legal and commercial issues
• Managing project financials, including P&L
• Managing business development, identifying, and developing new opportunities with the client
• Acting as opportunity manager for high-risk deals
• Managing client relationships
• Representing the organization to external customers/clients
• Managing internal as well as external resources within a project team

eXperience and skills required

• 3-5 years of product management experience
• First Level University Degree in IT or in a Business domain or equivalent experience required
• Fluency in English language
• German language will be considered as advantage.
• Experience in project/program management field
• In-depth understanding of key company Services' operational policies, processes and methodologies, applicable to project management
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate and liaise with geographically dispersed teams
• PM related certifications
