Your missions


Medely is looking for a data-driven dedicated Revenue Operations Analyst to help contribute to and influence Medely’s success. The Revenue Operations Analyst will work closely with stakeholders across the revenue organization and help bring data driven actionable insight into our revenue teams performance across the lifecycle of our customers, to enable our teams to optimize their efficiency and effectiveness. Their work will also help influence how, when and where Medely expands across the country.


The ideal candidate for this role will have strong business and financial acumen, broad technical skills, sales and marketing expertise and be very comfortable diving deep into data. This is a hands-on position - the ideal candidate must be willing to roll up their sleeves


What you will do:

  • Drive business change by developing a keen understanding of the business, identifying core focus areas through data-driven insights, and building trust with business partners
  • Architect, develop and produce on a regular basis, metrics, reporting and actionable insights on the performance of the revenue teams across the lifecycle of the customer.
  • Bring a quantitative mindset to conduct deep dive analysis to understand root cause, identify blind spots, and improve further detection
  • Develop models/analyses to track market opportunity and penetration by vertical
  • Partner with the recruiting side of the business to develop criteria for “market health”
  • Optimize our existing data sources and explore new third-party data suppliers
  • Ensure our AE and AM territories are aligned with the overall business strategy


Qualifications

  • Preferably 2-5 years working in investment banking, management or strategy consulting, or a high paced startup / operational environments
  • Advanced excel and modeling skills
  • Salesforce experience
  • Advanced Excel / Powerpoint / Gsuite capabilities
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and leverage data to drive solutions
  • Ambitious and independent operator with desire to grow into business strategy responsibilities
  • High level of curiosity about the company and industry with the willingness to challenge the status quo
  • Ability to earn trust with business partners and stakeholders across the organization
  • Finance, Economics, Business Analytics educational background preferred
  • Bonus points: SQL/R/Python/Tableau skills
