Job description

We are looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our growing Analytics team on GTM - Strategy and Operations. You will empower our analytics portfolio allowing us to make decisions by managing high-profile programs, and collaborating with partners throughout the Revenue department. You will meaningfully contribute to the daily operations of the business and will lead important projects through partnering with other departments. Additional tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role, you are motivated by the desire to increase productivity and nurture program success from beginning to completion

You will report to the Director, Revenue Operations & Analytics

You will be fully Remote - United States

You Will:

  • Be an ambassador of the Analytics team by having an in-depth understanding of systems, and frameworks our team owns, proposing improvements and drive business-impacting projects
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams across departments for successful execution of the programs, involving senior leadership, tracking and communicating program updates
  • Identify process and system improvement opportunities by managing existing metrics, analyzing data, partnering with internal teams for delivery
  • You will lead the development of project metrics including velocity and capacity for the team
  • Experience creating artifacts easily interpretable to business and tech leaders
  • Help create documentation of current systems and automation relevant to the revenue operations
  • Ensure data accuracy and set data integrity standards for the organization by establishing, implementing and refining processes
  • Conduct ad-hoc projects, reports, and analyses

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, a degree in Business, IT, or equivalent working experience required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a progressively responsible, relevant PM role
  • Experience working in a Lean/Agile delivery environment
  • Understanding of data and analytics areas such as data modeling and transformation, locating relevant data sources, data visualization/dashboard tools (Tableau, Vena, Power BI, Looker)
  • Experience managing multiple programs and work collaboratively across organizational lines
  • Experience in effective communication including presentation skills.
