As a senior member of the Tribal customer team, the Customer Success Consultant will work closely with our SITS customers to provide guidance and advice on getting the most out of their SITS system and adopt best practices.
In this role you will build lasting relationships with a wide range of customers who you will support throughout their journey with Tribal; from supporting a successful customer onboarding through to supporting roadmaps for new and innovative system features.
You will also be a champion for customers and represent their interests within Tribal and influence Tribal teams to provide the appropriate level of service and features to customers.
The Team
You will join the team at an exciting period as we are evolving the function to provide ever increasing levels of customer service and success. This means that, whilst we already have an established and expert team that will welcome and support you in the role, you will be able to use your expertise from inside an Higher Education institution to really influence our approach going forward.
You will work in a highly collaborative environment, building strong working relationships with colleagues from our product development, professional services, customer success and cloud teams.
The Person
To provide this best-in-class support and guidance it will be essential that applicants have an In-depth and practical knowledge of Tribal’s SITS system, and a confidence in communicating technical and systems information.
Success for this role is all about making sure that our customers have the best possible experience and so a passion for providing great customer service, and helping others to get the most of technology is essential.
While the role doesn’t require you to be an expert in all areas of SITS or have deep technical knowledge, it does require good understanding of student management processes and SITS in general, in some capacity.
