Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Growth Marketing Specialist with a strong background in digital marketing and engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our lead generation activities, running ads and outbound campaigns, improving marketing processes, and overseeing our marketing efforts in HubSpot. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute outbound campaigns targeting identified leads.
  • Develop, execute, and optimize advertising and retargeting campaigns.
  • Set up and manage web scrapers to identify and generate leads.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage and optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes in CRM.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Continuously research and implement new growth marketing strategies and tools.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, specifically in B2B environments.

Proven track record of success in lead generation campaigns, ad funnels, and digital marketing strategies.

Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, especially HubSpot.

Solid understanding of email deliverability and related tools (or similar):
