As our Senior Growth Marketer, you'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive growth, engagement, and customer satisfaction for our Notary platform. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, design experiments, and optimize marketing campaigns to achieve our business goals.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies (email, social media, content marketing, paid advertising) to acquire new notary customers and grow existing relationships
- Collaborate with the Notary team to design and optimize the customer journey, improving conversion rates and customer satisfaction
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance to inform data-driven marketing decisions
- Lead A/B testing and experimentation to optimize marketing campaigns and improve ROI
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to achieve business objectives
- Work closely with the Product team to inform product development and feature prioritization
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our Notary customers, their needs, and pain points
About you:
- 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing
- Proven track record of success in driving user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics, A/B testing, and experimentation
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel)
- Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
It would be awesome if you had:
- Experience in the fintech, legal, or real estate industries
- Knowledge of notary regulations and compliance requirements
- Certification in marketing automation or analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot)
The annual base salary range for this position is $110-130k USD
