Qualifications:
3 to 5 years' experience in Renewals Management or Account Management in software industry, Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, Experience with contract terms, particularly in software, Strong organizational skills for autonomous work, Knowledge of CPQ, SalesLoft, NetSuite is a plus.
Key responsabilities:
- Collaborate with Renewals Managers to renew software agreements
- Create and deliver renewal quotes on time
- Maintain accurate renewal forecasts and related meetings
- Negotiate contract terms under guidance when necessary
- Provide customer feedback to relevant internal teams
