Your missions

Are you compassionate, mission-driven, and motivated to provide exceptional healthcare for seniors? Interested in joining an innovative startup and leaving the traditional office-based environment? Excited to work alongside other committed, thoughtful teammates who are spreading joy while helping patients access the care they deserve?

If so, we’d love to talk to you about Heyday Health.

We are a virtual-first primary care practice dedicated to improving the primary care experience for seniors as well as our providers. We founded Heyday Health because we saw the health system leaving our elderly loved ones behind and were driven to create a better solution. Our practice is being built from the ground up with the mission of transforming how, where, and when we deliver care to achieve exceptional outcomes.

We are looking for a full-time People Operations Associate to join our team. The role will include:

  • Planning and executing employee engagement initiatives to strengthen and promote Heyday’s company culture
  • Coordinating and conducting employee onboarding and compliance trainings
  • Working closely with company leadership to develop internal processes and systems
  • Managing hiring and recruitment initiatives
  • Directing the performance evaluation process
  • Overseeing HR administrative tasks, including supporting payroll, leave policies and documentation, and additional policy and process creation and operations

We think you’d be a great fit if you love building systems and community, and you're excited to roll up your sleeves to create something special. In addition, you have:

  • Fantastic communication skills and a passion for connecting with coworkers and customers
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Experience conducting recruitment and managing job openings, candidate screening and interviews
  • Experience conducting onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Commitment to creating an exceptional workplace culture and experience
  • 2+ years of HR experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $70,000-$80,000

If you’re excited about this role, want to know more, or know someone who might be interested, we’d love to hear from you.
