Institutional Sales Manager (BD)

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Conducting market research and analysis to study trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities in the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry 

  • Identifying and reaching out to institutional client leads for selling institutional products 

  • Attending conferences and representing the company in interactions with institutional participants to enhance awareness of our institutional business products and services 

  • Organizing community activities and participating in crypto community gatherings and conferences to expand and deepen our institutional footprint 

  • Researching market and competitor trends in the institutional crypto sector 

  • Drafting and finalizing client or partnership agreements 

  • Maintaining ongoing communication with institutional clients, tracking feedback, and proposing product improvement suggestions 

Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years of experience in the cryptocurrency sector 

  • Proven track record in establishing and managing relationships with institutional clients or partners, such as acquiring institutional clients and driving business outcomes with clients and partners 

  • Proficient in professional written and spoken English; pitch deck samples welcomed 

  • Passionate about the cryptocurrency world with a strong willingness to learn about new trends in the crypto industry 

  • Experience in quantitative trading is a plus
