A Day in the Life of Executive Inter-Operator Tariff

To implement inter-operator tariff to ensure timely validation of voice and data usage between operators, besides checking files stopped for IOT errors to either correct the tariffs, if the setup is incorrect at TOMIA system, or in case of client error, report to client for corrective action. Also, responsible for updating Roaming agreements between MNOs and configuring data according to GSMA standard documents.

So, how are we going to keep you busy?

  • Ensure to maintain the accurate configuration for Roaming Agreements between Mobile Network Operators according to GSMA standard documents.
  • Responsible for maintaining the updated ones for RAEX OPDATA, IR21 and IR85 according to GSMA standard documents.
  • Implement the inter operator tariff in the system as per the set of procedures.
  • Implementation and co-ordination of a new IOT Client set up.
  • Test the implemented tariff to ensure it is error free in the test system.
  • Maintain productive tariff and system configuration through updating tariff and configuration as required.
  • Validate data based on tariff checks as needed to rectify internal errors if any.
  • Identify and report errors in incoming data files by appropriately raising by Email for clients to action.
  • Ensure Service Tickets are resolved with expected level of quality within timelines.

  • Bachelor of Engineering / B-Tech

Experience, that will be an advantage:

  • Some customer service experience and experience in telecom billing will be an added advantage.

Technical/ functional skills required:

  • Basic Knowledge in Linux & Oracle SQL.
  • Telecom industry knowledge.
  • Excel – Intermediate.
  • Ticketing and troubleshooting skills.

Soft skills required:

  • Interpersonal Skills, Analytical Skills, and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (English)
