Position Overview:

The Channel Operations will play a critical role in optimizing and managing the operational processes that support our global partner ecosystem. This role focuses on ensuring that our channel partners have the tools, resources, and support necessary to succeed while also driving operational efficiency within the channel organization. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales Operations, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in channel operations, analytics, and process improvement.




Key Responsibilities:

Channel Process Management:

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve processes for partner onboarding, deal registration, sales reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure all processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with company objectives.

Partner Support: 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for channel partners regarding operational issues, ensuring they receive timely and effective support.
  • Resolve any operational challenges that may impact successful delivery.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Manage and analyze channel data to provide insights into partner performance, program effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
  • Generate regular reports for internal stakeholders and recommend areas for improvement.

Tool and System Management:

  • Oversee the administration of tools and systems used by channel partners, such as partner portals, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Work closely with Internal teams to ensure systems are functioning optimally and meet partner needs.

Performance Metrics and KPIs:

  • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to channel operations.
  • Use data-driven insights to recommend and implement strategies for improving partner performance and program outcomes.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, product management, and finance teams to ensure channel operations are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Coordinate with regional teams to adapt global processes to local markets.

Program Development and Optimization:

  • Contribute to the development and optimization of partner programs, incentives, and initiatives. Ensure that operational processes support program goals and drive partner engagement and satisfaction.

Compliance and Governance:

  • Ensure that all channel operations comply with legal, regulatory, and company policies. Implement best practices for data security and privacy within channel operations.




Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in channel operations, sales operations, or a related field, preferably in the Public technology industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other channel management tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience working with global teams and adapting processes to meet regional needs.
  • Familiarity with the technology industry, particularly in digital intelligence or cybersecurity, is a plus.
