We are looking for a Business Analyst - Workday Adaptive Planning ! You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris. 

Pernod-Ricard is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Workday and Adaptive Insights.

You will have strong analytical skills, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and promoting the effective use of the platforms.

Your key missions:

Technical leadership

  • Power of One Functionality: you will manage the setup and maintenance of the Power of One functionality within Workday and Adaptive Insights, ensuring smooth and integrated operations between the two platforms.

  • Security Management: you will oversee and manage the security configurations and permissions on Adaptive Insights (within Workday), ensuring compliance with organizational policies and best practices.

  • Technical Leadership: you will provide technical leadership and guidance on best practices on Adaptive Insights implementations (and link with Workday) and customizations.

  • Troubleshooting and Support: you will act as a primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to integrations between Workday, Adaptive Insights

  • Tenant Management: you will oversee the management of Workday and Adaptive Insights tenants, including configuration, maintenance, and environment management to ensure optimal performance and security.

  • Integrations Management: you will design, implement if needed, and maintain integrations between Workday and Adaptive Insights, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and timely flow between systems.

Product management support

  • Product Backlog Management: you will perform detailed analysis to ensure understanding of business needs and convert them into detailed functional & non-functional specifications. You will convert business requirements into EPICs, Features, and User stories to maintain a product backlog. You will secure the maintenance of requirements throughout the product lifecycle, translating product backlog into functional and non-functional requirements at each phase.

  • Collaboration: you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, HR, and IT, to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. You will represent Adaptive Insights from a technical perspective to internal Pernod Ricard teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and promoting the effective use of the platform.

  • Product Lifecycle Management: you will collaborate with the development team to ensure proposed technical solutions for the Products are addressing business needs. You will contribute to functional and non-functional testing, assist Product Owner in defining and monitoring product value. You will build documentation on processes & results to ease understanding of stakeholders & decision-making on value. You will support documentation creation for final users. You will prepare roll-out plan in coordination with proximity teams.

  • Incident Management: you will respond to and resolve incidents related to Workday and Adaptive Insights, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing impact on business operations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Knowledge of best practices related to Workday and Adaptive Insights, including security, integrations, and tenant management.

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
