Key responsabilities:
- Meet with stakeholders to document ServiceNow solutions
- Own relationships with stakeholders for process requirements
- Analyze business activity patterns and manage service issues
- Create documentation for workflows, services, and training
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
