Job Description

IT Director is assigned to be a trusted board advisor responsible for the implementation and delivery of transformation within the whole internal IT environment towards new digital eco-system consult about more profitable and efficient IT solutions.

IT Director performs towards digitalization, automation and optimization of applicable solutions in area of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity risks, business applications and software development lifecycle.

IT Director owns the change & development roadmap for the IT internal tools, IT team and its operations. Apart from internal IT management, IT Director has full responsibility for the managed services line being delivered by NATEK to its customers. Cooperating with the Board, being budget owner IT Director has significant contribution to company profitability.

This includes many development opportunities in area of technology and leadership to c-level.



Your Responsibilities

IT transformation and delivery


  • Ensuring transition of current infrastructure and applications to new solutions that will be supporting major company business processes
  • Oversee, maintain, and upgrade the organization’s cloud IT infrastructure, focusing on its security components as well as operational efficiency
  • Prepare roadmap and execute change of ineffective software tools aimed on modernization of any legacy solutions
  • Facilitate and support the automation of the business process in MS365 environment
  • Communicate and seek solutions with potential IT suppliers of software and HW
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration across platforms


IT Managed Services Delivery


  • Lead the IT competences functions in Infrastructure, SAP, Microsoft, Customer Support, Service Desk and Data Analytics by proactive talent management and investment strategies
  • Develop and maintain a robust service delivery framework using industry good practice e.g. CoBIT/ITIL
  • Deliver and set-up continuous improvement plans and service objectives with KPIs for key internal projects. Lead management teams with full accountability for measurable results associated
  • Lead risk and control management within internal IT (software development, maintenance, IT support, changes, system updates, compliance with industry standards)
  • Manage and lead strategic partnerships within chosen competency areas (SAP and Microsoft)
  • Establish annual forecasted costs for the internal IT organization (forecasted HCs and its costs, team structure, education, Hardware/Software investment, travels) and prepare the annual budget in consultation with the Finance Department to be presented at Board


IT Quality


  • Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
  • Ensure that IT policies, procedures, and standards align with best practice and regulatory requirements, particularly with regard to information security.
  • Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance
  • Work closely with board and key users to understand the business requirements and support global company strategy.


IT Team Management


  • Provide effective leadership and management for existing IT teams within the transformation scope
  • Responsibility of hiring, people retention, talent detection and career development within the IT team
  • Active participation in daily distribution of work and follow up on the transformation road-map


Our Requirements


  • MS degree in IT/engineering field
  • 7+ years proven experience in project/portfolio management, change management and system integrations within IT infrastructure
  • Experience in digital transformational roles in international environment
  • Successful in people management and leadership positions
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of the principles and practices associated with software development, cloud infrastructure and IT security
  • Strong competencies in Business Analysis & Deployment Management
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, as well as a strong focus for tech and operational efficiency and optimization
  • Working experience with MS365 environment on IT side
  • IT Service Management knowledge is a must
  • Fluency in English, (French would be an asset)
  • Knowledge on Technologies related to process automation (RPA, OCR, NLP, MS Office Package, PowerBI) would be an asset.
