We are actively expanding and inviting an Affiliate CPA Manager to join our team, who will have complete freedom in decision-making and implementing his ideas.
What we expect from you:
- From 1 year of experience in the Gambling vertical
- Successful cases of promotion in tier-1-3 markets;
- Experience in concluding deals with partners on the CPA model;
- Experience in making decisions on working with partners based on in-depth traffic analysis;
- Ability to provide results in metrics and figures;
- Knowledge of English or other languages will be a plus.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Constantly connect new partners and track the work of all involved partners, achieve and improve conversion rates, because you know exactly how to work with CPA traffic - your main task;
- Attract new partners through various channels and conclude agreements with them on the CPA model;
- Manage our own affiliate network: provide feedback and promotional materials to improve our product, as well as monitor reliable information about our product on their sources, promote our product to the TOP rankings and constantly look for methods to increase traffic;
- Analyze the financial performance of the involved partners;
- Test and analyze new partners, campaigns, and ads to maximize profitability;
- Systematize all elements of your work to grow faster and increase partner traffic;
- Report to the management on the results of work.
